TOURNAMENT RESULTS
Shoe’s Top Bass Tournament Trail, held its 7th tournament of the 2023 season, on Lake St. Helen.
The tournament, went out of the St. Helen ramp.
This tournament was named “The Gold Eagle Open”, after one of our great sponsors. Gold Eagle makes quality 303 Products and Sta-BiL. Make sure you try their products on your boat and motor.
The weather for the tournament was P. Coudy with normal winds and a temp in the low 80’s.
Congratulations to Steve Slackta, from Grand Blanc, who won his first ever tournament with Top Bass. Steve had a quality 5 fish limit @ 16.43#. 2nd Place went to Bill Booth, from Midland with 14.20#, which included Big Bass for the tournament @ 3.79#. Bill Hurley, from Waterford, followed in 3rd Place with 13.61#. 4th Place was held down by Andy Maier, from Midland with 13.30#. We had 43 limits come to the scales.
